It would help to know what you mean by “college level.” If you mean academically written, then no. If you mean simply maturely written, with sound info, there are several:

All Your Worth by Elizabeth Warren

Your Money Rules for Financial Freedom by Michael J Laurence (few chapters all should read, but then it’s primarily a reference book)

The Nine Steps to Financial Freedom Suze Orman

The Road to Wealth Suze Orman

The Laws of Money, the Lessons of Life by Suze Orman

I don’t think you’d go wrong with any of those.

I took a personal finance class about 3 semesters ago and the book was called, Street Smarts, Book Smarts. It was the best academic book I’ve read because the author threw in personal stories but also has a lot of useful information in it. It also comes with a workbook to help you with the Time Value of Money.
